DELIVERY IN ITALY
These delivery options and costs apply exclusively to online purchases.
Street level delvery
This service is free of charge and includes street-level delivery via express courier.
“Street-level delivery” refers to delivery at the ground floor level, at the closest point to the entrance of the property accessible by the courier’s vehicle. The customer is required to assist the courier in unloading the packages.
Delivery + assembly
This service has a cost of €140 VAT included. Transport, assembly, and installation within the interiors are carried out by a specialized courier, in accordance with the product’s characteristics and the destination space.
Restricted traffic area or difficult to reach
At the time of ordering, please let us know if delivery will take place in a restricted traffic area (ZTL) or in a location difficult to reach by couriers, such as narrow streets, delivery time restrictions due to local regulations, or pedestrian zones. Within 72 hours of receiving the order, we will contact you to provide a customized delivery quotation. If the quotation is not accepted, the order will be fully refunded.
Pick-up at Tosconova warehouse
This option allows the collection of the purchased products at the Tosconova’s warehouses. In this case, transportation is arranged and managed by the customer. Tosconova provides support with the administrative formalities and documentation required for the collection.
DELIVERY IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
(excluding Italy):
Tosconova arranges shipment through the UE International Shipping service for deliveries to European countries (excluding Italy). Within 72 hours of receiving the order, you will receive a detailed quotation including the economic and operational conditions related to the delivery of the purchased items. If the quotation is not accepted, the order will be fully refunded.
DELIVERY IN NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:
Tosconova arranges shipment through the International Shipping service for deliveries to non-European countries. Within 72 hours of receiving the order, you will receive a detailed quotation including the economic and operational conditions related to the delivery of the purchased items. Any customs duties, taxes, or local charges are excluded from the order value. If the quotation is not accepted, the order will be fully refunded.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times range from 10 days to 8 weeks and depend on:
- The shipping time indicated for the ordered products
- The selected shipping method
- The agreements defined between Tosonova and the customer.
