PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available for purchases made on the site.
BANK WIRE
Payment by bank wire must be made to Tosconova s.r.l. unipersonale. The bank details are indicated on the order confirmation page and within the order summary email.
It is suggested that the customer enter the order number in the transfer details.
Once the payment is received, Tosconova will start the production and preparation phases of the products, informing the customer via email.
Tosconova must receive the payment within 5 days of the order date. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be automatically cancelled.
PAYMENT BY CARD
To finalize the purchase, we accept the following payment cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Maestro
- Discover
The charge will only take place after verification of the data entered and the authorization by the issuing company.
Payment by card is totally secure. Tosconova does not have access to users' bank details and does not store them in a database. The card details (number, holder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment manager.
PAYPAL
To finalize the purchase, payment can be made through the PayPal platform. The customers will be redirected to the PayPal interface, where they can identify themselves (or create a personal account) and validate the payment.
The order amount will be charged to the PayPal account at the time of order confirmation.
The data entered on the PayPal platform is processed directly by PayPal and is not communicated to Tosconova.
